These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AISupportSquad website and the services offered by AISupportSquad.

AISupportSquad provides AI-powered customer engagement tools, including phone assistants, website chat, and social media DM assistants.

Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless a separate agency contract is signed. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

Specific performance guarantees apply only to eligible Done-For-You packages and start from the live launch date as outlined in your agreement.

AISupportSquad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
